Les astuces qui me permettent de mieux g\u00e9rer mon \u00e9nergie, mes priorit\u00e9s et mon temps sont toujours les bienvenues. Dans son livre <em>Uptime<\/em>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lauramaemartin.com\/\">Laura Mae Martin<\/a> \u2014 Executive Productivity Advisor chez Google \u2014 propose une approche tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8te. Malgr\u00e9 son r\u00f4le chez Google, ses conseils ne sont pas uniquement num\u00e9riques : plusieurs touchent \u00e0 l\u2019organisation, aux habitudes et au bien-\u00eatre en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques id\u00e9es retenues:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laura Mae Martin explique que trouver son \u00ab Uptime \u00bb, c\u2019est atteindre un \u00e9tat o\u00f9 nos intentions et nos actions sont align\u00e9es, ce que l\u2019on appelle aussi le <em>flow<\/em>. Elle rappelle que la diff\u00e9rence entre une journ\u00e9e occup\u00e9e et une journ\u00e9e productive r\u00e9side dans l\u2019\u00e9nergie, l\u2019attention et l\u2019impact. Elle encourage aussi \u00e0 penser au \u00ab futur moi \u00bb en planifiant nos actions de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que notre futur soi nous remercie. Cela implique parfois de se demander : <em>si je ne fais jamais cette t\u00e2che, qu\u2019est-ce qui arriverait vraiment ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organiser son temps<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019auteure insiste \u00e9galement sur l\u2019importance d\u2019\u00e9tablir des th\u00e8mes pour ses journ\u00e9es, ce que j&rsquo;ai choisi de mettre en place moi-m\u00eame. Cela permet de limiter le changement de contexte et de s\u2019assurer que toutes les priorit\u00e9s sont couvertes. Par exemple, une journ\u00e9e peut \u00eatre consacr\u00e9e aux t\u00e2ches administratives, une autre \u00e0 la planification, et une autre encore \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de contenu. Un concept que j\u2019ai particuli\u00e8rement aim\u00e9 et adopt\u00e9 est celui de r\u00e9server des journ\u00e9es ou des plages fixes chaque semaine pour un type de t\u00e2che. Je consacre maintenant une journ\u00e9e compl\u00e8te \u00e0 mes t\u00e2ches administratives et une autre \u00e0 la planification de mes formations. Ces journ\u00e9es d\u00e9di\u00e9es me permettent de ne pas faire de multit\u00e2che, de ne pas m\u2019\u00e9parpiller et c\u2019est vraiment satisfaisant \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e de voir ma liste de t\u00e2ches diminuer. Elle propose d&rsquo;ailleurs aussi cette option pour les t\u00e2ches maison, ce que je vais aussi tenter d&rsquo;appliquer\u202f!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En plus, elle propose d\u2019identifier ses \u00ab Power Hours \u00bb, ces deux ou trois heures par jour o\u00f9 nous sommes le plus productifs, et de les r\u00e9server \u00e0 nos t\u00e2ches prioritaires. Elle sugg\u00e8re de se demander si une t\u00e2che donne l\u2019impression de ramer \u00e0 contre-courant ou de suivre le courant pour mieux choisir le moment de la r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Donner de la valeur \u00e0 son temps et \u00e0 son \u00e9nergie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un autre point int\u00e9ressant est l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019accorder une <strong>valeur<\/strong> \u00e0 son temps. Avoir en t\u00eate une valeur horaire aide \u00e0 mieux d\u00e9cider \u00e0 quoi dire oui ou non, en gardant en t\u00eate que chaque oui est aussi un non \u00e0 autre chose. Pour soutenir cet \u00e9quilibre, le repos et les moments de calme sont essentiels. Ils permettent de recharger nos \u00ab points d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00bb et d\u2019ouvrir la porte \u00e0 de nouvelles id\u00e9es. L\u2019auteure souligne que pour atteindre son <strong>Uptime<\/strong>, il faut prioriser le <strong>Downtime<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Repenser ses habitudes num\u00e9riques<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle invite aussi \u00e0 repenser notre relation aux courriels. Chaque message prend une part de notre attention, m\u00eame non ouvert. Fermer sa bo\u00eete une ou deux fois par jour pour se concentrer sur autre chose est une habitude utile. Elle recommande aussi de simplifier l\u2019organisation en utilisant des r\u00e8gles automatiques et des \u00e9tiquettes claires plut\u00f4t que de multiplier les dossiers. Enfin, elle rappelle que faire du multit\u00e2che, c\u2019est souvent mal faire plusieurs choses, alors que le monot\u00e2che permet d\u2019\u00eatre plus efficace quand la qualit\u00e9 et la rapidit\u00e9 sont importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Uptime<\/em> m\u2019a confirm\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019\u00eatre intentionnelle avec mon temps et mon \u00e9nergie. Ce livre combine productivit\u00e9 et bien-\u00eatre en rappelant que la performance passe autant par de bons syst\u00e8mes que par le repos. Plusieurs de ces astuces simples peuvent avoir un effet imm\u00e9diat dans nos routines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading
